Our community is vibrant and diverse. Many of our learners are adults balancing education with careers and personal commitments. Every member of our team – whether in teaching, operations, or technology – is dedicated to removing barriers and expanding access. Together, we deliver flexible, industry-informed learning that leads to meaningful opportunities.

At our core is human connection – guiding people to reimagine their futures in a community defined by opportunity, creativity, and growth.

Who we need

Reporting to the Associate Director of Admissions, we are hiring an International Partnerships Coordinator. As the International Partnerships Coordinator, you will help ensure our education agency partnerships run smoothly while supporting the operational backbone of international recruitment. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will manage agent contracts and renewals, maintain the agent database, support commission submissions and payment follow-ups, and coordinate onboarding and certification processes for new partners. You will also contribute to partner communications, including the creation of newsletters that keep agencies informed about recruitment cycles, programs, and updates across Yorkville University and Toronto Film School.

This is an existing full-time role working two days remotely and three days on-site, alternating between our Steeles and Bloor campuses, with a permanent move to our Bloor location planned for Fall 2027.

What’s in it for you

Impact. You will play an important role in supporting Yorkville University’s international recruitment efforts. By ensuring our global network of educational agents is informed, organized, and supported, you help create a smooth experience for partners and prospective students.

Influence. You will become a trusted operational partner to the International Recruitment team, helping bring structure and consistency to how we manage our global partnerships. Your work will help improve how we communicate with agents, manage onboarding and renewals, and maintain accurate partner data.

Growth. You will gain hands-on exposure to the international recruitment ecosystem - from agent lifecycle management and commission structures to global market dynamics and student recruitment cycles. This role offers a strong foundation for future opportunities in admissions, recruitment, partnership management, or broader roles within higher education.

How you will make an impact

  • Coordinate and support partner operations. You will provide guidance and updates to educational agents and school partners while supporting the operational needs of the International Recruitment team. You will manage agent contracts and renewals, maintain certificates and documentation, support commission submissions and payment follow-ups, and coordinate onboarding for new partners. You will also collaborate with the Director of International Student Recruitment, Associate Directors, and Marketing team to develop and distribute an Agent Newsletter that keeps partners informed about key updates.
  • Maintain data accuracy and operational consistency. You will maintain the agent database and monitor key workflows such as contract renewals, commission processing, and partner documentation. You will collect and review data to ensure compliance with policies and procedures while supporting reporting and operational tracking across the recruitment team.
  • Collaborate across teams and initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams to support international recruitment initiatives and partner engagement activities. You will assist with projects and events that support the International Recruitment team’s agent and partnership portfolio while helping ensure partners have the information and resources they need to succeed.

What you bring

  • The education and experience. You have a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and experience in international education and/or business environments. You have worked with contracts, third-party vendors, or client partnerships, and are comfortable managing documentation, renewals, and related processes. Experience from industries such as real estate or insurance, where contract and client management are core, is also highly relevant.
  • The analytical and technical skills. You are data-driven and comfortable maintaining and analyzing data to identify trends and support decision-making. You are proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams), SharePoint, and a CRM system such as Salesforce.
  • The drive and organization. You have experience coordinating projects from start to finish and managing multiple priorities to ensure deadlines are met. You are a motivated self-starter who can adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail, particularly when managing contracts, payments, and compliance-related processes.
  • The interpersonal skills. You bring strong cross-cultural communication skills and are comfortable collaborating across teams and with external partners. You can build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Spanish or another language that supports engagement with global partners is considered an asset.
